Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives across the Groups different brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brands and products. This role requires a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy Development: Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
* Content Management: Create, manage, and optimize content across all digital platforms to ensure brand consistency and engagement
* Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and increase conversions
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and provide actionable insights
* Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and brand messaging
* Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
* Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
* Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
* Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
* Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad serving tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
* Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
