Main Responsibilities
* This person will be in charge of data management within client's marketing campaigns, and must perfectly understand the briefings that define the campaign, in order to track the data from the creation of the target group in the company's global CRM systems, ensure that this segmentation is correct in the different countries, and manage possible changes or new needs that arise.
* Thorough understanding of client's full CRM data flow is necessary to assist different countries in their processes of switching to global systems.
* Communicate with people from other European countries to understand the briefing of the campaigns and contribute knowledge in the flow of information.
* Definition, creation, and maintenance of data flows on client campaigns.
* Ensure data collection procedures are aligned with the relevant rules and guidelines for different campaigns.
* Assess potential problems in defining new systems or interfaces.
* Prepare summaries of technical meetings to monitor the project.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required
* Technical university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or related field.
* Experience in relational databases, including definition and data maintenance.
* Proficiency in SQL, including writing statements and creating complex procedures.
* Experience with database environments (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
* Experience in interacting with IT professionals.
* Ability to track projects and summarize meetings.
* Analytical skills to identify potential issues.
* Experience in system migration is an asset.
* Participation in UAT is valued.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud is an asset.
* Experience in marketing, particularly in processes related to campaigns, is valued.
* High level of English proficiency.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
