Your responsibilities include analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights for strategic decisions. Additionally, you will support other related areas such as HR and Finance. What You’ll Do1. Operational Administrative Support· Ensure administrative systems are kept up to date· Ensure internal operational processes run smoothly· Assume the responsibility of administrator for the internal Time Management System· Ensure day-to-day time-tracking activities are followed by internal staff by monitoring the Time Management System· Collect and review proposals from team members to improve internal administrative processes· Support the invoicing process2. Delivery Support· Proactive support to the delivery team regarding project status and progress reports· Monitor and report project budgetary concerns· Assist Senior Management with Management Information requests · Act as a first point of review with regards to all types of status reports3. HR Support· Ensure compliance with internal HR policies including overtime, absence, holiday accruals· Maintain employee administration, ensuring HR Database is kept up to date· Draft contracts in compliance with local laws· Process Employee Requests: Provide information and support for various employee inquiries· Global Absence Administration; assist in the process of recording absences according to local country rules· Support Recruitment: Posting of job ads, process candidate CV’s, assist with scheduling interviews during the hiring process 4.
