Description of the Department/Project:
The Homebuilders and Installers department is dedicated to leading the implementation and monitoring of specialization programs for electricians in Iberia. Their goal is to transform electrical installers into Electricians 4.0, professionals prepared for the future of energy, digitalization, and efficiency. This includes promoting innovative Schneider Electric solutions, training in advanced technologies such as home automation and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and managing loyalty programs and participant follow-up.
What will you do?
As part of the Homebuilders and Installers team, you will lead the implementation and monitoring of the specialization program for Electricians 4.0 in Iberia, ensuring that installers progress through each stage and adopt Schneider Electric solutions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Drive the specialization program for Electricians 4.0, encouraging their participation and progress.
* Manage the follow-up of participants, ensuring they achieve their goals.
* Analyze the performance of the program, measuring its impact and proposing improvements.
* Oversee the billing objectives associated with the adoption of the program.
* Define and manage awards and recognitions for installers within the program.
* Promote the adoption of Schneider Home, our solution for optimizing, producing, and managing energy at home.
* Train installers in specialties such as home automation, solar photovoltaic energy storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
* Collaborate with the Home & Distribution team to ensure alignment with the company's strategy
What will you learn?

If you are:
* Graduate in Engineering or Business Administration.
* Availability to start in May 2025.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Knowledge of specialization and customer loyalty programs (desirable).
