We are looking for a Coordinator – Spine Division to join a leading medical device company based in Gijón. This key role will work closely with the leadership team, ensuring the effective management of logistics operations, supplier relationships, and coordination of events and training programs. You will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and operations within the column division.
Main Responsibilities and Functions
* Oversee and control inventory and logistics, ensuring optimal availability of medical and surgical equipment for procedures.
* Manage orders and stock control to ensure materials are available for operations and training sessions.
* Coordinate events and training courses, including logistics for cadaver-based courses.
* Maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring high-quality delivery and resolving issues.
* Foster relationships with key clients and manage commercial relations.
* Lead and manage the team within the column division, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Frequent travel required within Spain and Portugal, and occasional international travel to Europe and the US for key events or training.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role (3 years may be considered depending on the company and sector).
* Experience in inventory management, logistics, and training coordination within the medical/surgical field, preferably in the column area.
* Knowledge in coordinating events, particularly those related to medical and surgical training.
* Conversational English (B2-C1), as the company works with international suppliers.
* Leadership capabilities and strong communication skills to interact with teams and clients.
* Availability to travel frequently within Spain and Portugal and occasionally internationally.
