Role overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ilkari, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment processes of top talent within the IT industry, ensuring a seamless hiring process while fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You will contribute to Ilkari’s success by sourcing, attracting, and hiring national and international candidates for various technical and non-technical positions, while upholding the company's values and fostering a collaborative team culture.
What you'll do
Full-cycle recruitment
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
Candidate sourcing and hiring
• Source, attract, and hire both national and international candidates across all levels, maintaining high standards of quality and alignment with hiring needs.
Stakeholder collaboration
• Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates and collaborating closely to fulfil staffing requirements.
Documentation and reporting
• Maintain accurate and organised records of all candidates, searches, and recruitment reports to ensure transparency and efficiency throughout the process.
Team collaboration
• Contribute to a positive team culture by promoting collaboration, trust, and respect among colleagues, and foster a collective approach to meeting recruitment goals.
Cross-functional support
• Share potential candidates with colleagues and support recruitment efforts beyond your own vacancies to drive a unified team objective.
Employer branding
• Act as a brand ambassador for Ilkari, promoting the company’s values and culture in all interactions with candidates and external networks.
Innovation and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques to ensure competitiveness in the recruitment landscape.
Project involvement
• After successfully managing recruitment activities, engage in broader People Team projects, such as improving candidate experience, delivering interview training, or enhancing diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
What are we looking for
Recruitment experience
• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in full lifecycle IT recruitment within a fast-paced and dynamic industry, preferably in-house.
Industry knowledge
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape in different markets, including key industry players, trends, and dynamics.
Technical role expertise
• Proven ability to recruit for a broad range of technical and non-technical positions, including domains such as engineering, product, IT infrastructure, commercial and other areas under the business operations field.
Sourcing expertise
• Demonstrated creativity in attracting top talent through various sourcing techniques, including online social networking sites.
Technology proficiency
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and curiosity about technology advancements that can automate and streamline recruitment processes.
Relationship building
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
Confidentiality
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Curiosity and learning mindset
• Eagerness to learn, improve, and share knowledge within an agile working environment.
Communication skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
