Role Responsibilities
* Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
* Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally.
* Overseeing local clients, promotions, and campaigns.
* Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
* Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
* Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding service.
* Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
* Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
* Setting sales quotas and meeting planned sales goals volume targets as specified either on DF Open slot.
* Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
* Timely submission of Marketing reports to Management.
* To report sales lifting performance and any related issues and development to HQ Trade.
* Provide information on Market and Competitor activity to Management and HQ Trade.
* Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary to Management and HQ Trade.
* Coordinating with other departments on lead generation.
* Promoting the organization and services.
* Explore new chartering, feeder operator opportunities and develop relationship with Carriers.
* Assist in assessing whether Trans liner current IT module are suitable future needs.
* Other tasks are assigned by Management.
Requirement:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
* Minimum 10 years’ strong experience in container liner /shipping industry
* Good communication skills
* English speaking is required
