Responsibilities
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch related to online music and podcast services.
2. Assist users with account management, content discovery, and app functionalities.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to enhance the user experience.
4. Document customer interactions for quality assurance and service improvements.
5. Collaborate with product and development teams to address customer feedback and enhance features.
6. Stay informed about new music releases, podcast trends, and platform updates.
7. Promote user engagement and encourage subscription renewal and retention.
Requirements
1. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
2. Prior experience in customer support, especially in the entertainment or tech industry, is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
4. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain composure under pressure.
5. Familiarity with music streaming platforms and podcast services is a plus.
6. Enthusiasm for music and podcasts, with an understanding of current trends.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
