We're looking for a (Junior) CRM Tech Manager to join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing CRM platforms, integrating customer data, and driving innovative, patient-centric strategies.
What You'll Do
* CRM Platform Implementation and Optimization: Lead the setup, integration, and maintenance of CRM platforms (e.g., email, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app), ensuring systems are fully operational and aligned with business goals.
* Data Integration and Management: Oversee the integration of customer data from various sources into the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper segmentation to enable effective campaigns.
* Technology and Trend Adaptation: Stay informed about the latest CRM technologies and tools, recommending and implementing upgrades or changes to enhance system capabilities and processes.
* Automation and Workflow Optimization: Design, implement and optimise automated workflows with the CRM system to streamline processes, enhance customer journeys, and improve operational efficiency.
* Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor campaign KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing sub-departments and cross-functional teams (including patient care, sales, data, and product teams) to ensure CRM initiatives are fully aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
What You'll Bring
* 2 years of experience in a related role, ideally in a startup.
* Bachelor's in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
* Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo).
* Expertise in customer data integration, segmentation, database management, and data compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
* Skilled in analyzing campaign metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions) and providing optimization insights.
* Experience with large customer datasets and segmentation.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
* Problem-solver, adaptable to tools, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with API integrations and a basic understanding of SQL to query and analyse data is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email marketing customisation.
* Experience in the beauty/wellness/health industry.
* Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.
