DEPARTMENT: Controlling / Finance
MISSION: Increase the control and response about Stocks needs and implementation of the Controlling Excellence Road Map.
TASKS:
* Preparing the Stock report for the GLF NAC and working capital impacts.
* Analysis and definition of corrective measures for the stocks.
* Ensuring regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget and procedures.
* Analyzing the current suppliers' payment terms and deviations.
* Organizing, planning, managing, and implementing the Financial process for the Finance Excellence Strategic road map on time.
* Reviewing designs, plans, and specifications to ensure that they meet industry standards and legal requirements.
* Conducting internal audits to ensure the quality of the process.
* Governance: being responsible for ensuring all the company finance processes are implemented and respected.
* Modelling: preparing modelling to support the Business Cases demanded.
* Providing support and collaboration with other projects and tasks assigned.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, economics, business administration, or a comparable education/qualification.
* Very good knowledge of analyzing and optimizing SAP-based Controlling and Finance, Manufacturing, and Stock Management processes.
* Open to learning and adopting the existing customized functions.
* Core consulting skills (analytical thinking, structured work, relationship management, and communication).
* Very familiar with working with project management tools.
* Developer of new solutions responding to business needs.
* Industry knowledge in mechanical and plant engineering is desirable.
* High level of English, written and spoken.
* Advanced Excel level, Power Query, and Power BI.
