We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operation Executive to ensure the smooth execution of tasks, drive continuous improvement, and support decision-making through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
* Proactively identify and manage operational risks, proposing pivot/contingency plans when necessary.
* Experience in managing live Operations.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of current operations and processes, utilizing data to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
* Innovate and propose new strategies to enhance efficiency while upholding quality standards.
* Develop proficiency in leveraging analytical and operational technology with external and internal tools.
What We’re Looking For:
* Fluency in German and English. Spanish is a plus.
* +3 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably within a startup/scaleup environment.
* Adeptness with technology and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
* Proficiency in Excel, G-suite,MS Office knowledge Trello, or Looker.
* Strong negotiation skills and a keen ability to manage risk effectively.
* Some one who has an EYE for detail.
* Solid quantitative and analytical capabilities.
* Fluent in verbal and written communication skills (in the languages that you’re proficient in)
* Ability to propose innovative plans to drive improvements and solve problems
* Commitment to following up on assigned tasks and driving continuous improvement.

* Capable of prioritizing tasks and delivering results on time.
