Omnicom Media Group is searching for a Performance Specialist, with expertise in Paid Social, to join us in our Barcelona's Offices.This is a great opportunity to be part of the company’s digital team.Your mission:You will be responsible for one of our biggest clients, managing and reporting the Performance Campaigns, from strategy to optimisation, as part of an integrated team.Responsabilities:· Provide vision and strategy for the management of the performance campaigns, including application of best practices.Assume control of the consecution of objectives as well as the budget distribution.· Responsible for analysing account performance, making recommendations based on your insights, executing campaign implementation and optimisation both hands on and in collaboration with colleagues.· Account management support - Resolve any client issues in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate. Attend client calls / meetings / presentations as required (daily, monthly, quarterly etc)· Collection and analysis of reporting data and insights to inform your manager and client about performance and task status· Stay ahead of industry innovations and news features by being a first mover to improve performance and keep up with the fast-paced environment of our industry.What We Are Looking For:· 2+ years in Paid Social experience, with knowledge & understanding of digital channels combined with the ability to understand digital infrastructure available.· At least one year in a client facing role, with a demonstrated passion for innovation, strategy, thinking outside of the box.· Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive· Analytical and teamworking mindset· Enthusiasm to expand your knowledge and desire for a successful career in digital marketing.· Having a good level of English and Spanish (B2 level).
