The Solution Sales Advisor reports to the Iberia Sales Manager Poultry and functionally to the Sales Manager Feed Additives. The Solution Sales Advisor and Technical Sales Advisors work in a tandem approach to reach the highest sales possible via: technical support, added value selling, knowledge sharing, process optimization, trainings, project coordination, and networking for the additives market. About The Role Responsibilities: As a technical and commercial expert in the area, the Advisor will lead, train, and coordinate the rest of the team in terms of innovative solutions, technology, and innovations in the additives segment. Will develop and direct strategic accounts, as well as the market penetration strategy, while implementing programs and projects for the capitalization of the additives segment in the region. Will be a key player in the consolidation of sales efforts and positioning of the Trouw Nutrition brand, in order to provide added value sales to target customers (large integrators). Skills and Expertise Qualifications: A bachelors Degree in Animal Science, Agronomy, Biology or similar. At least 5 years'' experience in the animal feed industry or similar segments. Good knowledge in poultry or feed additives is highly desirable. Strong experience in technical, added value sales and/or key account management. Fluency in English; Portuguese is highly desirable. Expectations from Role: Will direct and support the commercial positioning of the other solutions in the poultry portfolio: Precision farming, Healthy life, Sustainability, Feed safety & Quality, Early life nutrition. Will coordinate, execute, maintain and/or improve various administrative sales processes and systems, in line with the applicable way of working to ensure an efficient and effective sales administration compliant with policies and regulations. Will advise sales team and customers with new products and troublesome issues, with the goal to commercialize the problem and translate that into value propositions.
