Our client is a leading medical technology organisation, with over 10,000 employees globally. They are looking for a Global HR Business Partner with 5+ years of experience, ideally with exposure to APAC, to be based in Madrid, Spain.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements :
1. Strategic HR Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving business performance through people strategies.
2. Business & People Alignment: Understand and translate business needs into HR solutions, ensuring effective workforce planning and performance management.
3. HR Processes & Implementation: Lead and improve global HR processes, including budgeting, rewards, engagement, talent management, and succession planning.
4. Change & Transformation Leadership: Drive cultural transformation, foster employee engagement, and support a high-performing workforce.
5. Global & Matrix Collaboration: Work across global, regional, and local HR functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
6. HR Digitalization & Self-Service: Implement and enhance digital HR tools to drive efficiency and scalability.
7. Employee Experience & Engagement: Champion a positive employee journey across key moments that matter.
8. International HR Expertise: Bring knowledge of international labor laws, diverse cultures, and works council collaboration.
9. HR Transformation Experience: Proven track record in leading HR transformations in a multinational manufacturing environment.
10. Leadership & Talent Development: Strong experience in coaching, leadership development, and succession planning to build talent pipelines.
