We are looking for an HR Administrative who will be based in our CoE in Barcelona working remotely for the HR team located in Switzerla
nd.
Your Responsibilit
* ies:
Oversee and manage all HR administrative tasks, including employee lifecycle management, absences, accidents, and insurance coordina
* tion.Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in our ERP sy
* stem.Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding proce
* sses.Act as the go-to contact for employment contracts, certificates, training agreements, and internal regulat
* ions.Maintain high-quality HR data and create HR dashbo
* ards.Collaborate closely with other HR team members and the Payroll depart
* ment.Contribute to various HR proj
ects.

Experience: +5 years of professional experience as an HR Gene
* ralist.Qualifications: Diploma of HR Specialist or equ
* ivalentKnowledge: Strong expertise in Swiss labour law and HR administ
* ration.Languages: French native or German native and excellent English
