We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Commercial Key Account Manager to join our team in Palma de Mallorca.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key accounts within our organization, with a focus on optimizing the current client portfolio and acquiring new clients and markets to drive profitable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements and demands.
* Lead market research, conduct analysis, and identify new commercial opportunities.
* Proactively identify sales channels to expand the customer network.
* Partner with cross-country teams to develop, drive, and implement a strategic commercial plan aligned with company objectives.
* Develop and enhance products, portfolios, and services by sharing best practices and leading innovation.
* Drive operational and cost efficiencies by streamlining processes and developing technology.
* Monitor and evaluate commercial activities performance and prepare reports for senior management and clients.
* Attend industry events, networking sessions, and workshops at national and international levels.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of professional experience in Sales or Key Account Management.
* A highly motivated, proactive team player with a positive attitude.
* Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills, with strong relational and persuasion abilities.
* Strong analytical thinking, with a focus on understanding and responding to key business indicators and competitive trends.
* Ability to work and interact in a multinational and multicultural environment.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel.
* Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and French, with additional languages being an asset.
* Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
* A degree in Tourism or Business Administration is desirable.
