. Providing daily support for the ELS and process improvement projects
Supporting the business owners and plant manager in analyzing production problems in terms of productivity and quality using Manufacturing 4.0 knowledges
Taking an active role in improvement projects in Manufacturing 4.0, including Quality & Productivity
Improving current business processes through the introduction of a culture of continuous improvement with ELS approach
Participates in trainings given by managers and applies the knowledge learned about daily operations and projects
Provides assistance and feedback to managers; suggests improvements or changes to existing operations
Communicates between departments to implement processes and changes and supports collaboration
Carrying out projects related to project inputs and outputs, conducting analyses and presentations
Participate, co-facilitate and leadership of projects to divulge the continuous improvement culture using the ELS methodology
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering), Master's degree is preferred Open for mobility to different countries and locations in the future; and available to travel in the Southern Europe region
Leadership experience in student associations, overseas study / extracurricular activities exposure is preferred / Internships or first work experience in global companies or manufacturing companies is a strong plus
Capable of efficiently handling a diverse workload with multiple ongoing projects
Ability to set and achieve challenging goals. and to work independently and within a team
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
Versatility in both independent and collaborative work environments
Highly motivated, creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
Excellent English proficiency, both oral and written, is a must, fluency in another language is a strong plus
