Here at CORUS we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team for an international project.
We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist to ensure the successful onboarding and ongoing support of application teams within DataHook 2.0 and BlueOptima.
This role involves close collaboration with application teams during project phases and continuous engagement post-project to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with application teams to collect information for onboarding into DataHook 2.0 (using devlake) and BlueOptima.
* Follow up with application teams to complete necessary actions including training and mapping.
* Schedule and conduct regular meetings with application teams to review metrics, track action plans, and address concerns.
* Communicate and explain new features to BlueOptima and DataHook 2.0 users.
* Maintain and update applications and relevant information within the tools.
* Manage tickets/requests/requirements related to repository mapping, pipeline updates, tool access, changes in PBIs, etc.
* Ensure changes are reflected in PBI reports and handle additional reporting requests.
Qualifications:
* Experience in customer success or a related role, preferably in software/technology.
* Understanding of application onboarding processes and familiarity with devlake and BlueOptima.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good English level is a must.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in managing reports and documentation.
* Experience in project Management.
* Previous experience with: Agile, Azure DevOps.
