As the face of Dematic with the customer, the Account Manager will present Dematic in a positive light by communicating the solutions that Dematic brings to the marketplace. This role gathers initial customer needs and collaborates with Dematic engineering and solution development teams to provide the best solution to the customer.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000 - $166,000t the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
5. Develops and implements strategies for Key Account Field of Play.
6. Drives revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
7. Pursues long-term account strategy that maximizes profits.
8. Develops a complete understanding of the customers' organizational structure and key buying influences of Key Account Field of Play.
9. Performs customer presentations articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings.
10. Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.
11. Develops forecasts, budgets and operating plans for Key Account Field of Play.
What We Are Looking For:
12. BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.
13. Typically, 5+ years of successful experience in complex solution sales or in a related field, with 5+ years of logistics and automation experience.
14. Successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above.
15. High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
17. Able to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline driven environment successfully.
18. Willingness for business travel (15-20%)
19. Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
20. Training in strategic selling methodology (Miller Heiman) preferred.
