Responsibilities
* Manage the executive’s calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and commitments efficiently.
* Provide support, if necessary, in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
* Assist in managing executive communications, including filtering emails and calls.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize departmental planning.
Requirements
* Previous experience in the role is not required, but a strong knowledge of the video game sector and global industry is essential.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in English (minimum level B2).
* High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in corporate management tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Missive, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced level of English (C1).
* Experience in coordinating projects and events in video game environments.
* Ability to adapt to rapid changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
