About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Elecnor Group. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to our engineering services and repair and maintenance projects.
Responsibilities
* Provide timely and effective technical support via various communication channels
* Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation on technical procedures and solutions
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Technology
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Working Conditions
The successful candidate will work full-time hours in the afternoon, from 14:00h to 22:00h, in Madrid, Spain.
