We are hiring a Senior Consultant for an insurance comapny capable of structure processes/organization/Performance project approach, identify improvements and quantify savings.
Also support the teams to put in place quick wins.
— Capable of structure processes/organization/Performance project approach, identify improvements and quantify savings. Also support the teams to put in place quick wins.
— Experience in assistance operations, insurance & banking sector. (Contact Center would be a plus)
— Process Improvement (certification preferable: Lean management, Lean six sigma, Agile)
— Governance of flows between several locations: Define a clear RACI, decision and scalation processes.
— Monitoring activity: set-up the rights KPIs, productivity, WFM, dashboards, etc.
— Claims management system: capable to match inefficiencies in the process, impacting customer journey.
— Project Management: Structure a project, planning, identify risks, status, implement a governance.
— Full professional English At least C1.
— Optional Technical Skills: Guidewire System.
— Other skills: Coach local manages and teams in continuous improvement, monitoring the activity & productivity.
— Background experience: 5 to 10 years on operational efficiencies.
