As Stewarding, you will be responsible for carrying out general cleaning duties and operating pot-washing machinery to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will also be required to ensure all back of house areas are kept clean and observe health and safety guidelines. What will you do? Clean, operate and maintain the equipment and tools. Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area. Perform the cleaning schedule established by the Executive Chef. Detect needs of cleaning products and inform the supervisor for their supply. Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations (HACCP) and all customer service guidelines. Supply of earthenware, glass, cutlery and auxiliaries (Kitchen and Restaurant). Supply and maintenance of kitchens and dining rooms. What are we looking for? No previous experience is required. High school diploma. Fluency in local language and knowledge of English is highly valuable.Flexible and reliable. Customer service oriented.Ability to work on his/her own and as a part of a team. Why choose us?
