The role As Global Senior Product Manager for YORVIPATH you will play a pivotal role in driving the global marketing strategy for YORVIPATH, ensuring the successful launch and sustained growth of the product across various markets. You should be based in one of the countries and cities where we operate in EuropeCopenhagen, Munich, Madrid, Milan, London, or Paris. You will report to the Global Marketing Director YORVIPATH based in Madrid. Your key responsibilities will be Develop and execute global marketing strategies and plans for YORVIPATH, aligning with the overall brand objectives and business goals. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Global Market Research and Global Forecasting, to gather insights and inform strategic decisions. Lead the cross functional Global Brand Team, prepare and facilitate Global Brand Team Meetings. Lead the creation and dissemination of global marketing materials, ensuring they are tailored to local market needs and compliant with regulatory requirements. Manage the global brand plan, including the development and execution of strategic actions for local execution in collaboration with cross functional teams, including Global Medical Affairs and Global HEOR. Oversee the development and implementation of global marketing caigns, including digital content, disease awareness initiatives, and congress/event participation. Foster better practice sharing and lead the Local/Global functional exchange. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Prepare business cases for key brand decisions and escalate as appropriate. Qualifications and skills Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in both global and local marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
