Polish Administrative & Legal Support
At Wodker Associates, we are partnering with a multinational FMCG company to find a talented Administrative & Legal Sales Support professional with native-level Polish. If you’re looking to join a vibrant international environment and contribute to impactful commercial operations, keep reading.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and organizational support to Legal, Sales, and Operations teams.
* Manage legal and commercial documentation, including contracts and compliance files.
* Support the sales team with data entry, reporting, invoicing, and follow-up on agreements.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for Polish-speaking stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation.
* Maintain internal systems and databases (ERP, CRM, etc.).
* Collaborate with international colleagues across departments.
Your Profile:
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative, legal, or sales support roles.
* Native Polish speaker with a high level of English (any other language is a plus).
* Detail-oriented and comfortable handling legal documents and commercial data.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
* Organized, communicative, and proactive team player.
