Spanish Speaking Business Development Manager – SaaS Solutions

What your responsibilities could look like:
Lead new sales generation by developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and engage executive sponsors and key decision-makers.
Consistently achieve ARR revenue targets and ensure repeatable, predictable bookings.
Run impactful proof-of-concept (POC) engagements based on defined business success criteria.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
What we are looking for:
Proven track record of sourcing and closing six and seven-figure deals in a competitive enterprise environment.
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a history of exceeding a $1M+ sales quota.
Strong ability to build relationships and engage with C-level executives.
Knowledge of generative AI and large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work across diverse teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong organizational and time management skills.
