Reporting to the company's management, the HR Director will be responsible for managing various Human Resources processes, including payroll, labour relations, recruitment, training, and development, among other responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a versatile and multi functional professional with experience in medium-sized companies, handling tasks such as:
* Managing the company's payroll internally and all related personnel administration tasks (contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, vacations, severance, absenteeism, turnover, etc.).
* Advising departments and employees on labor legislation.
* Managing social security processes.
* Monitoring and managing attendance tracking systems (in-office and remote).
* Handling absenteeism incidents: illnesses, leaves, vacations, etc.
* Maintaining personnel databases and archives.
Recruitment:
* Conducting recruitment processes across various areas.
* Overseeing candidates throughout the different phases of the recruitment process.
* Conducting reference and background checks.
* Communicating essential hiring details to all relevant stakeholders.
* Managing the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Training and Development:
* Collaborating with departments to design the company’s training plans.
* Sourcing training providers.
* Coordinating with training centers to gather necessary data.
* Managing training subsidies.
* Monitoring ongoing and completed training programs.
* Providing administrative support for tasks related to occupational risk prevention.
* Other activities, such as monitoring and organizing medical check-ups, coordinating intercompany activities, etc.
Other Responsibilities:
* Performing administrative tasks related to the role.
* Supporting the implementation of departmental policies: GDPR, ISO, etc.
* Preparing HR reports for submission to management.
TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
* Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Sciences, Law, or a similar field. Other educational backgrounds will be considered.
* A minimum of five years of qualified professional experience in generalist HR roles is required. Payroll management experience is essential.
* A medium level of English proficiency will be an advantage.
* Proficiency in Excel is required, and familiarity with HR management software will be valued. Experience in managing attendance and time-tracking systems is a plus.
