Hello! We are Samara, the solar installation startup that goes beyond self-consumption. We are here to accelerate the energy transition of households towards a more efficient, smarter and more sustainable model.
We are a high-growth startup that, above all, prioritizes people and the planet. We've just raised a €10.5 million financing round led by technology and sustainability-focused European funds. This capital increase will help us to continue our growth path and develop new products and services, so our team is constantly growing. We are now looking to expand our Growth team.
In line with our values, at Samara we firmly believe that the climate crisis is the biggest challenge facing our generation. Housing, in particular, is one of the main sources of carbon emissions in developed countries. We are optimistic by nature and think it is possible to do things differently: one that combines electrification, distributed generation, energy storage and software that enables more efficient energy management.

What are you going to do?
You will be part of the Growth team, which is responsible for generating Opportunities for our Sales team.
As a Growth Specialist, you’ll create an impact by developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive demand generation as well as cross-functional collaboration to ensure we convert leads into high-intent Opportunities for our Sales team.
These will be some of your responsibilities:
* Being the main point of contact for our lead generation partners, analyzing volume, conversions and negotiating terms.
* Identifying and implementing new lead generation opportunities.
* Conducting daily analysis of our lead generation channels, covering conversions, geographies and volume, as well as weekly forecasting.
* Building and updating dashboards, which are our main data source to make our decisions.
* Working closely with the Pre-Sales Team Leads to gather feedback, improve processes and ensure our leads are managed and converted in the best way.
What do you need? ️
* Experience: You bring 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or sales operations within a technology startup/scale-up or a high-paced environment.
* Analytical Skills: You are data-driven with strong analytical abilities, proficient in tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
* CRM Knowledge: You have demonstrated experience with lead management and CRMs. Experience with HubSpot is valued but not mandatory.
* Communication and Negotiation: You possess excellent communication skills and can negotiate effectively.
* Problem-Solving: You can tackle challenges you haven't seen before and independently research how to solve them.
* Organization: You are an organized person with a high ability to collaborate and pay attention to detail.
* Accountability: You enjoy making an opportunity your own and pursuing it to completion.
* Adaptability: You feel like a fish in water working in a fast-paced environment, manage uncertainty well and learn quickly.
* People-Centric: You are in line with Samara's cultural values and put people first.
* Language: Fluency in Spanish and English.
* Availability: As soon as possible.
