Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management Take care of Drumelia''s social media accounts, ensuring consistent growth and engagement. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company''s marketing goals. Create, curate, and publish high quality content tailored to each platform. Set clear objectives, track key performance metrics, and deliver regular performance reports.
2. Content Creation Collaboration Work closely with the videographer and marketing team to produce visually compelling content. Generate creative ideas for posts, stories, reels, and videos that resonate with our target audience. Ensure all content aligns with Drumelia''s luxury brand standards. Collaborate with team members to support broader marketing caigns and initiatives.
3. Organization Strategy Plan and organize content calendars to ensure timely and strategic posting. Manage content workflows, from concept to publication. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in luxury real estate.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist at a senior level.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube; familiarity with LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook is a plus.
3. High level of aesthetics with a keen eye for design, visuals, and luxury branding.
4. Hands on experience in content creation, with the ability to both strategize and execute.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Experience in real estate and/or PR is a strong advantage.
7. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
