For our HR data & systems team, we are looking for a Data Engineer.
Job purpose:
Data consolidation is crucial in HR management that involves the collection and organization of various types of data related to CSRD, employees and organizational processes. It refers to the process of centralizing disparate HR data sources into a single, unified system or platform. This consolidation streamlines data management, improves data accuracy, and enables HR professionals to make informed decisions based on comprehensive and up-to-date information and supports compliance across all legal or corporate requirements. For small sites, data consolidation collects the information itself, and for other sites, it seeks collaboration across data sources.
Your responsibilities:
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data for compliance with CSRD reporting and labor laws and regulations. HR Controls and Data Consolidator ensures HR has access to the information it needs to audit, report, and mitigate potential risks.
Efficient Reporting and Analytics: Centralize HR data and enable HR to generate comprehensive reports and perform in-depth analysis on various HR metrics. Willingness to travel to locations for data gathering.
Streamlined Workflows: Consolidate HR data from HR data sources and reports, eliminating the need for manual data entry, reducing administrative burden, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Improved Data Accuracy: Consolidating data helps reduce the risk of errors and inconsistencies that may occur when using multiple disparate systems. By ensuring data accuracy, HR can report in time and make reliable decisions based on trustworthy information. Participates in data mapping between all data sources and HR reporting:
* Provides transformation rules, mapping between all sources.
* Modifies and transforms all data as required in global reports.
* Data cleansing and masking/scrambling of data as required.
* Coordinates data validation and troubleshooting and focuses on issue resolution.
* Validates data after loads and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
* May assist with other HR reporting and HR IS tasks as time permits.
Your profile:
* Graduated from a quantitative study in Econometrics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or another relevant study.
* Knowledge of programming languages like Python or similar programming languages.
* Excel thorough understanding, including pivot tables and basic programming.
* Accurate, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
