Purpose of the role:
The Global IT ERP SuccessFactors Consultant is responsible for providing expert support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the system operates smoothly and efficiently. This role involves leading and participating in international implementation projects, guaranteeing successful deployments across various locations. Additionally, the consultant actively contributes to designing and developing system architecture to meet business requirements and enhance efficiency. Effective team collaboration is essential, as is the ability to support colleagues and foster a positive working environment. The consultant also analyzes and manages incidents related to the SAP SuccessFactors system, delivering timely resolutions to minimize disruptions to business operations. The position reports to the Global IT ERP Human Capital Management Architect and is based in Madrid, ES.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation, and Recruiting.
2. Collaborate with global business leaders and HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
4. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
5. Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and training materials.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and recommend new features or updates.
What we are looking for:
1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementations or customer support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
2. Good knowledge of SAP SF EC, RCM/RMK, ONB, P&G, COMP.
3. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules: SAP IAS/IPS and People Analytics SAP CP.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Independent and commitment to the assigned tasks.
7. Experience working in international teams.
