Job Description
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Madrid, responsible for driving and promoting the Group’s HR policies among the assigned brand. Reporting to the HR Manager and Brand Manager, you will have full responsibility for all HR activities in your areas. The main functions include:
1. Staff Administration: Labor Relations, Social Security and tax procedures, Disciplinary Company policies and legal conflicts termination, Labor Advice, Occupational Health and Safety, HR KPI’s analysis and reporting.
2. Recruiting: Hiring processes methodology and structure design, screening and recruiting requirements planning, Sales, and middle management profiles.
3. Training: Training actions management and monitoring.
4. HR Development: Annual performance appraisals, job profiles and internal development scales design, C&B policies and incentive schemes.
