Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
We are looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist to manage the delivery of services related to a DAM system. As a DAM Librarian you will support DAM users in uploading assets, searching and retrieving existing assets, and delivering reports on DAM usage.
Responsibilities
* Curate and manage asset collection
* Provide regular reports and evaluations of the asset collection and DAM usage completion as per defined service metrics and SLAs
* Support on-going development and improvement of the DAM
* Perform quality checks on digital assets to ensure compliance with standards
* Respond to user inquiries and provide timely support via multiple channels
* Document new requests and requirements thoroughly
* Monitor and manage tickets in the support system
* Attend scheduled support calls
* Maintain and update documentation related to daily tasks
* Prepare regular reports to track tasks
* Attend monthly Champion calls
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in library science, business, information science, computer science or sociology Master’s preferred
* Experience with digital asset management systems, preferably Aprimo
* Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems prefered
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Teams, OneNote, and Excel
* Customer service orientation with a proactive approach
