Job brief - CRM & BI Specialist (Salesforce)
The CRM Specialist is a key player in managing and optimizing the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role is vital for boosting sales efficiency, marketing effectiveness, and customer service quality, while ensuring the company leverages its customer data to the fullest.
Key Roles and Functions:
* Project manage, leading and support the global implementation of Salesforce CRM, ensuring alignment with business processes.
* Manage, maintain, and continuously optimize Salesforce CRM to improve sales efficiency, data accuracy, and automation.
* Understand business needs and sales operation models, translating them into CRM functionalities that enhance performance.
* Monitor sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends, transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and executive leadership teams.
* Support sales teams with data-driven insights to optimize lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
* Work closely with digital sales, eCommerce, and marketing teams to improve lead generation, customer segmentation, and campaign tracking.
* Ensure CRM solutions are scalable, future-proof, and aligned with business growth strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM administration, implementation, and optimization.
* Strong background in Business Intelligence (BI), data analytics, and sales performance monitoring.
* Experience working in B2B digital sales environments is a plus.
* Experience with BI tools such as DataStudio, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense or Salesforce Analytics.
