BHONG started as 2 friends from boarding school with big ambitions to deliver original design concepts to leading companies across the world. We’ve been successful as a pair, but now we’re looking to scale and grow in a significant way.
Our team is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join us as one of the founding partners of the company. You’re someone who’s not just phenomenal at generating leads, but an aspiring sales leader of a future 8-, or 9-figure agency. You’ll be expected to bring in warm, high-value leads and build a scalable sales strategy to fuel our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do
* Own the Lead Gen Process – Develop and execute strategies to consistently bring in warm, qualified leads for our design services.
* Drive Revenue Growth – Act as the sales engine of the agency, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for our executive team to close.
* Refine & Scale the Sales Strategy – Build repeatable and scalable lead generation processes that grow as Bhong expands its sales organization.
* Prospect Like a Pro – Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other creative approaches.
* Strategic Market Positioning – Work closely with the team to position Bhong’s offerings effectively in front of high-value clients in our target industries.
* Optimize Website SEO for Lead Generation – Ensure Bhong’s website ranks highly for relevant industry keywords by enhancing on-page SEO, backlinking strategies, and content optimization to attract inbound leads. Experience with SEO preferred.
* Leverage the Right Tools – Use a combination of sales automation, CRM, and prospecting tools to maximize efficiency and outreach potential.
Who You Are
* Proven Sales Leader – You have at least 2+ years of experience in lead generation for a design agency or software development agency, selling medium-to-high-ticket projects.
* Results-Driven & Hungry – You thrive on commission-based compensation and are confident in your ability to consistently bring in quality leads that translate to sales.
* Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – You are proficient in using lead generation and outreach tools to maximize your pipeline. Some of the tools you may work with include:
* CRM Software: HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
* Email Automation: Apollo.io, Lemlist, or Mailshake
* Prospecting & Enrichment: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or ZoomInfo
* Cold Outreach & Sales Engagement: Reply.io, Instantly.ai, or Woodpecker
* Strategic Thinker – You don’t just generate leads—you think ahead, optimizing and scaling processes as we grow.
* A Natural Connector – You know how to build relationships and spark conversations that lead to high-value business opportunities.
* Highly Adaptable – You’re comfortable in a boutique agency environment, wearing multiple hats, and growing alongside the company.
* Based in the US or EU (Ideally Barcelona) – While this is a remote role, being in Barcelona is a plus to be in close proximity with the rest of our team
