Role OverviewFrom LHH we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead sales and business development initiatives in Spain's disposable gloves market (medical). The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, a deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare safety sectors, and a proven track record of building distributor networks, and key account relationships. This role requires strategic thinking, negotiation expertise, and strong market intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a national sales strategy targeting medical (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies) markets.Identify, onboard, and manage key distributor partnerships in Spain to maximize market reach. Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with public & private healthcare institutions and key distributors.Lead contract negotiations with hospitals and healthcare procurement agencies to secure long-term agreements.Manage tendering processes and ensure compliance with Spain’s public hospital procurement regulations.Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets through effective business development and sales team management.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure successful product positioning and visibility.Ensure compliance with Spanish and EU regulatory requirements for disposablemedical gloves.Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities to the regional leadership team.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of proven experience in a sales role; in the medical device market, preferably in the medical disposable segment.Deep knowledge of Spain’s medical (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies) markets.Strong relationships with key distributors, procurement managers, and large-scale buyers in Spain. Expertise in contract negotiation, tender management, and distributor agreements.Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in Spanish & English (C1 level or higher). Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to sales and business development.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data-driven decision-making.
