Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
2. Assist customers with product-related questions, technical support, and issue resolution.
3. Process orders, returns, and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
6. Accurately document interactions and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
7. Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver a superior service experience.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Language Skills: Native or fluent in Danish; proficient in English (B2 or higher).
2. Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
6. A customer-first mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
7. Interest in the automotive or electrical vehicle industry is a plus.
