The ideal person will be a driven, passionate, self-starter who is able to develop innovative
and effective approaches to solve our most critical business and data challenges.
The position is a full-time permanent role, reporting to the Head of Data and Insight. The
role will cover the Iberian business and will be based in the Málaga head office with a
remote working policy of 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be our subject matter expert on our (3rd party managed) Amazon Redshift and Azure Data Warehouses.
2. Work with Insight and Visualization analysts to define and build data sets.
3. Create processes to make secondary data sources such as social media, Google Analytics, and Firebase data available to business users.
4. Develop and maintain robust processes for data flows between business systems.
5. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and write business change requirements to ensure data capture and reporting/analysis capabilities are maximized.
6. Deliver cost-effective automation wherever possible in processes.
7. Develop and maintain the data layer supporting our marketing automation tool.
