Cobee is seeking for an experienced Program & Delivery Senior Manager to accelerate post-merger integration of Cobee along with the deployment of its offer on strategic countries.
Pluxee aims to accelerate the transformation of its business through the implementation of strategic initiatives and IT solutions under a Global program called Convergence. To that end, Pluxee seeks an experienced IT Program & Delivery Senior Manager to build, track, execute, and deliver the Convergence roadmaps of Cobee in key countries, starting with Spain.
Reporting directly to the Convergence Director, and with Global/Local teams, this pivotal role is responsible leading the successful delivery of a complex, multi-project program aimed at accelerating the post-merger integration of Cobee, along with its expansion in alignment with company strategy around Cobee. The IT Program & Delivery Senior Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of experts to assess current architectures, systems & processes, and lead the execution and successful delivery of the Convergence Program for Cobee, made of interdependent projects across Finance, IT, Payment, Product and more.
In coordination with the Convergence IT PMO, He/she act as a bridge between the technical teams and stakeholders (including senior management, and other external parties), ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, budgets & delivery timelines of the overall Cobee Convergence Program.
Your next challenge:
* Roadmap Assessment & feasibility study:
* Conduct thorough reviews of the already agreed-upon Convergence roadmap for Cobee, first in Spain but also on other markets.
* Perform on-site assessments with local teams & relevant team of experts (architecture, IT, Payment, business functions etc.) to understand & secure proper delivery.
* Identify potential gaps between the current state and target solutions. Manage dependencies. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop strategies to address them.
* Communicate findings and proposed adjustments on scope, timelines, budgets, and key dependencies to the Convergence Team. Collaborate with the PMO to refine and update the roadmap based on on-site assessment results.
* Ensure that all adjustments are documented and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
* Plan and schedule the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines of the convergence roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives, identifying the dependencies.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.
* Execution Planning:
* Mobilize resources across various business functions (product, architecture, finance, IT, payment, marketing, etc.) required for project execution. Ensure availability and commitment of teams for the agreed-upon work scope.
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
* Optimize resource allocation and utilization to support program delivery, maintaining a focus on efficiency and budget adherence.
* Provide clear direction and guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the program teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication of program goals, progress, and challenges. Serve as escalation point for project issues that may arise.
* Program Delivery & Oversight:
* Coordinate and manage transversal teams across various departments to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of program milestones.
* Lead the execution of the different projects of the agreed convergence roadmap. Monitor and manage projects progress against established plans, schedules, and milestones.
* Proactively address issues and risks that may impact project delivery, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
* Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, achievements, and challenges. Ensure relevant Steercos are in place.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements throughout project execution.
* Establish clear quality standards and criteria that the project must meet. These standards are based on internal requirements, industry best practices, and regulatory guidelines.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and best practices into future project initiatives.

Profile & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
* 7+ years of professional experience in complex international Program and/or Delivery Management roles.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
* PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or similar certification is a plus.
* Fluent in English (must) and Spanish (must). French would be a plus.
