We are currently seeking a German-speaking Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team in Barcelona. This hybrid/onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact environment, driving business growth and customer success.
Position Overview:
As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business by generating sales leads, executing marketing strategies, and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will engage with German-speaking clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively engage with German-speaking prospects through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to generate leads and create new business opportunities.
* Client Consultations: Work closely with clients to understand their sales and marketing objectives and provide consultations on effective digital solutions.
* Presenting Solutions: Present and demonstrate the company’s technology and digital marketing products to potential clients.
* Closing Deals: Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting solutions, addressing objections, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.
* Market Research & Strategy: Conduct research on the German-speaking market to identify industry trends and customer needs.
* Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at attracting new clients.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
* Reporting & CRM Management: Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
* Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with account management, product, and customer success teams to ensure client expectations are met.
* Continuous Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and participate in training opportunities.
Requirements:
* Language Proficiency: Native or near-native German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1/C2 level).
* Education: A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
* Sales & Marketing Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
* Consultative Selling Skills: Strong ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations and present tailored solutions.
* Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Client-Focused: A passion for customer satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple sales activities and marketing campaigns effectively.
* Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
