Responsible for production control and programming, serving as a key support to the Production Supervisor. This role ensures the implementation of production plans while maintaining quality, food safety, occupational risk prevention, and environmental protection standards.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Guarantee adherence to the production schedule by analyzing work systems and methods.
* Improve production performance and health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with both company policies and government regulations.
* Train production operators in machinery operation, format changes, and preventive maintenance as needed.
* Operate reactors and monitor relevant variables.
* Enforce occupational risk prevention and environmental protection regulations by identifying risks associated with equipment.
* Complete documentation and process reports, aligning them with process monitoring.
* Perform mechanical adjustments and measurements on hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, interpreting general diagrams and technical specifications.
* Ensure all daily operations comply with company requirements and meet safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Conduct production line checks at the start of production cycles.
* Ensure proper execution of CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures.
* Apply voluntary food safety management standards and understand their requirements.
* Collaborate in evaluating new machinery and facility investments.
* Actively participate as a member of the HACCP Team and the Food Defense Emergency Team.
Key Performance Indicators
* Development and continuous improvement of the production management system.
* Active collaboration with cross-functional departments (e.g., Quality, Logistics, Planning).
* Drive cost-saving initiatives and value optimization efforts.
Knowledge and Skills
* Advanced diploma in Food Industry Processes and Quality, Industrial Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical/Biotechnological Production.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable company.
* Experience in Production or R&D within the food industry is a strong advantage.
* Solid technical knowledge of machinery and production lines.
* Highly organized, dedicated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Hands-on approach, with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to unforeseen challenges.
