Serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to do everything possible to delight customers.
Responsibilities:
* Educating the Product Owner to refine and manage the product backlog.
* Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Scrum and Agile.
* Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile / Scrum practices and values.
* Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile / Scrum frameworks and in how to get the most out of self-organization.
* Assessing the Scrum maturity of the team and organization. Coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
* Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
* Protecting the team from interruptions and external interferences, keeping the team focused within the context of the project vision and goals.
* Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem solving.
* Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team. Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
* Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
* Working actively in the Guild of Scrum Masters.
Experience:
Essential: 1-2 years of experience using the required technologies and tools.
Nice to have: Experience in TDD / BDD practices.
Education:
Certificate of Higher Education / University Degree / Master. Technical background would be a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Essential:
* Scrum Master Professional certification.
* Experience and knowledge in Kanban Method.
* User level knowledge of JIRA, ALM (Application Life-cycle Management), and Microsoft Teams tools.
* Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proactive and results-oriented.
* Good change management.
* Spanish would be a plus.
* Supply chain finance products (e.g., Confirming) would be a plus.
* Payment methods and accounting knowledge would be a plus.
* Nice to have:
* Knowledge of scaled frameworks like SaFe, Nexus, Less.
* Ability to understand all the tools involved in a deployment pipeline.
* Knowledge of Management 3.0.
Other Information:
Ability to work in liquid organizations with strong change adaptability.
