Our vision for our future Customer Service Operations Specialist will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
* Diligently follow up with customers, especially when an issue cannot be resolved quickly, and provide updates throughout the resolution process. Develop improvement actions in a timely manner, coordinate related departments to solve problems, and close the issue in a timely manner.
* Monitor ongoing customer interactions, ensuring customer needs are being met and services are aligned.
* Review the data collected from VOC tools to modify it with the right classification, to improve classification accuracy.
* Identify common issues and follow up.
* Analyze root causes of common issues and develop improvement plans until they are all closed.
* Track unclosed cases and follow up until they are closed.
* Improve the service process and satisfaction based on the voice of consumers.
* Timely collect and analyze the voice of consumers, which is used to improve service processes and overall satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with working in a multicultural environment and excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in office software applications, including Word and Excel.
* Strong knowledge in consumer technology product groups such as software and knowledge bases.
* Minimum 2 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in a similar background.
* Good English proficiency plus a strong relevant native language.
* Bachelor's Degree or above.
