Do you have a dynamic personality and commercial “solver” for the optimization of spaces in hotels? Each hotel is different because of its location, whether it is holiday or urban, its clientele and possible local clientele, its available spaces, such as a restaurant, a spa, a rooftop, a commercial space, a parking lot, or simply some indoor or outdoor m2 susceptible to generate additional rent for the property, and a professional specialized service for the client.
You have experience in finding the biggest and best commercial use and its operators, not franchises, for each m2 and successfully closing contracts. Responsibilities include:
* Market research, destination and commercial opportunities studies
* Analysis and knowledge of zoning laws and uses
* Financial analysis, cash flow projection, and ROI potential
* Search and attraction of professional operators, not franchises, with ad hoc solutions customized to each asset and each space
* Establishment of conditions and negotiation of commercial leases, management, co-branding, and pop-ups
* Asset and commercial property management (non-residential) and contract compliance
We are NOT looking for a franchise signatory as in a shopping center. We value the professional broker who knows how to customize each solution to each space of each type of hotel.
