Job Description:
We are looking for a Finish Goods Business Development Manager Europe to join our Finish Goods Team in our Food Business Unit based in Bilbao (Spain).
How you make the difference:
You will play a crucial role in supporting our Finish Goods team. As a Finish Goods Business Development Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement growth strategies, drive sales initiatives, and build long-term partnerships with clients and suppliers.
Your agenda looks like:
1. Identify new business opportunities: research and analyze market trends, competition, and potential customers to identify areas for growth.
2. Develop growth strategies: work closely with Finished Goods Director to create and implement strategies that align with the company's long-term business goals.
3. Build and maintain relationships: establish strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders for the European market to drive business growth.
4. Lead sales initiatives: manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work with Commercial Operations, supply chain, and Industrial teams to manage commercial deals effectively.
6. Monitor performance metrics: track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities.
7. Attend industry events: represent the company at Tuna and Finished Goods conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our value proposition and expand business opportunities.
Your team:
You will report directly to the Finish Goods Director.
What makes you a great fit:
1. Previous experience (5 years) in similar roles or in Sales & Marketing roles.
2. Proactivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Fluent in English; a good knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
