Join us as the go-to expert (m/f/d) in crafting a seamless, customer-focused user experience for the TecCom Portal. Working alongside a dynamic agile product development team - including testers, designers, DevOps, and developers of all skill levels - you’ll design great features, help maintain our design system, document UX decisions, while ensuring the team can implement them effectively and accurately.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a lead UX/UI designer to create intuitive and visually appealing processes and interfaces – from wireframes to final UI that align with our design system principles and guidelines.
* Document UIs with task flows and scenarios ensuring efficient implementation, reengineering, and reduced complexity.
* Analyze behavioral and transactional data and conduct user research to draw valuable insights.
* Help maintain and improve our design system - you’ll work with the team to keep things consistent and scalable.
* Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet project requirements.
Requirements
* 3-4 years of experience as a Functional or UX/UI Designer, business analyst with design focus (or in a similar role) with a solid portfolio to back it up.
* Proficient with design tools like Figma - you’re comfortable with auto-layout, components, and design systems.
* Basic knowledge to apply design tokens/CSS variables to ensure consistency and scalability in designs.
* Strong grasp and experience with user-centered design principles, UX research, as well as wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and process modelling.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical teams.
* Fluent in business English (at least B2 level). Additional languages are a bonus.

Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
