Position Overview :
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at 4S dealership BYD in Madrid. This individual will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to improve their performance and customer service skills.
3. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager.
4. Ensure the sales team adheres to all sales processes and customer service standards.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
6. Maintain a strong knowledge of the automotive market and competitor activities.
7. Manage the sales floor, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both customers and staff.
8. Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary to ensure resolution.
9. Participate in inventory management, working closely with the product team to ensure the right mix of vehicles is available to meet customer demand.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
5. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
8. A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
9. Language Skills : Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
