Product Manager Role
The successful candidate will define, plan, and execute the commercial strategy for the season across assigned markets and lines. This will involve selecting products and setting directives for commercial, distribution, and communication activities to achieve established objectives.
1. Selecting products that meet the needs of assigned markets and stores, identifying gaps or special requirements in those markets.
2. Developing a commercial strategy for products, including product life cycles, collection updates, cross-selling with clothing collections, and inclusion in special collections.
3. Planning stock levels and initial product roll-out in markets, ensuring timely and sufficient merchandise availability.
4. Establishing working procedures and communicating with stores, store directors, and headquarters to ensure effective product management, providing solutions and unified criteria as needed.
5. Conducting market studies to define new product, promotion, price, or communication strategies to engage new customers in new and developed markets.
6. Forescasting and analyzing daily product and merchandising needs, producing valuable insights for business areas.
Academic Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Advertising, or similar field.
2. Master's degree or higher in Communication, Commercial Management, Marketing, or Fashion-related fields, or relevant qualifications.
Key Skills and Knowledge
1. Excellent command of English and Portuguese languages.
2. In-depth knowledge of Fashion Trends and industry standards.
3. Strong Sales and Marketing background.
4. Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
