At Triangle Talent, a consulting firm specializing in Human Resources we are looking for a Sales Engineer for one of our clients leading in the development and manufacturing of power electronics converters and industrial power supplies.
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Engineer, capable of creating and developing a high-potential market. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical knowledge with a strong commercial and strategic orientation.
Mission:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the international expansion of a new range of industrial power supplies, establishing relationships with clients and distributors in different countries.
The international market in which you will operate is valued at USD 36.99 billion in 2023, is expected to grow at an annual rate of 6.75% between 2024 and 2031, reaching USD 62.38 billion by 2031.
Responsabilities:
* Commercial strategy: define and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
* International market expansion: identify and capture clients in international markets.
* Client and distributor management: maintain and strengthen relationships with potential clients and international distributors.
* Offer management: prepare and process commercial offers and public/private tenders.
* Competitor analysis: monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Participate in defining products and solutions tailored to market needs.
* Lead negotiations and close business agreements.
* Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure the implementation of effective solutions.
Requirements:
* Technical Engineer in Electronics/Telecommunications or Business Administration.
* At least 5 years in commercial roles within the power electronics converters sector or electronic measurement equipment.
* High level of English (negotiation skills required). Other languages will be positively valued.
* Experience in negotiations with international stakeholders.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM and agile methodologies.
* Availability to travel internationally according to business needs, (usually 3-4 times/month)
