We are expanding our footprint in the Aerospace and Industrial sectors by providing cutting-edge PLM and Industry 4.0 solutions.We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Sales Leader with over 10 years of relevant industry experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM sales. This leadership role is focused on driving growth, developing business opportunities, and enhancing our presence in the Industrial sectors working closely with sales teams located across various European regions (Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, UK, and Southeast Europe) and India.Key Responsibilities:Define, develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets within the PLM and Industry 4.0 domains (Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Services and Consulting).Build and nurture relationships with key clients in the Aerospace and Industrial sectors.Collaborate effectively with local and transnational teams to provide tailored solutions.Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's footprint in the region.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.Follow internal sales process (deal reviews, go/no-go, audits, CRM, executing reporting, etc.)Lead public and private tendersMaintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, competition, and market conditions. Requirements:Proven sales leadership experience (10+ years) in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or related fields.Strong background in the Aerospace, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with transnational teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a strong plus.Based preferably in Madrid, with availability to travel as needed.
